No. Frequency to low. Must be in 30kHz range or more. Current much to low inductors do not build up a strong magnetic field. Current suppose to be >>50A! This is not a resonating circuit so its freequency is fixed given by RC. However, if you put metall to the inductors you will change its inductivity. Anyway, 1nH is much to small, its more in a range of 5uH and a little bigger.
