needs a lot of work, only that much. Propagation delay set to 5.05ms while components in grey are taken out of simulation, pull down resistors. Output Latch need cirrent limiting resistors. And probably much more...

Still missing current limiting resistora for the LEDs. The resistor values are all much to low, which cause extreme high e.g. base current for the transistor. There is still a lot of work
