P-Channel MOSFET Ideal Diode

DISCLAIMER: I have no clue if this works IRL, but I will soon see. Please point out flaws if you see them. This is for ORing some power together, normal/schottkey diodes get too hot and ideal diode ICs are too physically big for my application.
