The top button(no) is a "1" and the bottom button(no) is a "0". The blue LED represents a "1" of data output. When the upper left button(nc) is pushed, it cuts of the power and the memory should still be the same. I don't know if this is how solid state memory works.

I'd put a diode biased from ground to the top of the resistor on the LED to remove that negative voltage spike, but yeah, this is simple CMOS memory
