Try this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6734732300386304 it's a little more complex-looking because I've cascaded two CC sources, but the result is a more stable cc source.

Oh and such CC source should high temp and power supply voltage dependence, but they are completely independent of the load.

I have added one more stage. I have also probed each stage, so now you can see how the current varies in each stage. The input voltage is a 10V to 30V square wave.

Although for the first two stages I recommend using 1k current sense resistors. The reason why I have used 33R for all three stages is to show you how well each stage works.
