To measure any frequency just change its range.
Ranging **

To change range change the timeperiod of sqaue wave input.
By formula
ts(in sec) = 2/(fs(in hrtz))
Currently for khz range
ts = 2/1000 sec
ts = 2 ms
.. and given frequency from ac input signal connrcted at opam.
To measure frequency in hertz range.. 
Adjust time period to 1Sec  and multiply the output frequency by 2 .
