Flashing lights with something extra

The two lights on the bottom of the circuit will not flash at first but when it does flash it will get brighter as it goes.

One small issue is the lamp across the opamp + and - terminals is being fried instantly. Needs either a limiting resistor or a different configuration of a lamp
