40v to 100v efficient adjustable voltage regulator

The input voltage adjusts from the left two way switch, and the output regulated voltage adjusts from the right variable resistor(positive is higher and negative is lower). The red LED is low voltage, the green LED is medium voltage, and blue LED is higher voltage. Orange results is start(0v), green results is input(40v or 100v), and blue results is regulated output(3v-40v).

Two things: I put this thing under side fairly large loads, and it performed very well. Very stable. Also, didn't you already publish this circuit? Is this just an update our something? Bookmarked. :D
