The input voltage adjusts from the left two way switch, and the output regulated voltage adjusts from the right variable resistor(positive is higher and negative is lower). The red LED is low voltage, the green LED is medium voltage, and blue LED is higher voltage. Orange results is start(0v), green results is input(40v or 100v), and blue results is regulated output(3v-40v).
