The adder for the Least Significant Bit on the right needs some input for the carry in. Simply connect a logic source to the the carry in to prevent your gates from floating.

Thank you for the reminders. Modified the carry input for bit 1 and upped the resistors to limit the LED currents. ;)

A great suggestion that you don't have to take is set the logic gate's delay to 5.06 milliseconds and set the sim speed to 1 s/s
