This circuit shows multiples of a 4 bit binary number as the clock runs. The 4 input bits in a row (the middle 4 logical switches left side) act as an input to the register with the lower bit as the lsb and higher bit as msb. The logical switch just right to the LSB input act as a feeder switch for the pipo shift register. You should set the feeder switch to 0 after feeding the number to the register. The logical switch just top right to the input column act as a clock for the circuit. The 4 spdt (top left) resets the display to zero when turned on (as well as clock) The circuit is slow, you might have to wait to see the desired output
