Hook up an and gate with D and B as input, and output to reset so when it goes to 10 it is reset to zero

@BillyT, check whats happen in your circuit at 8 which is 1000 binary. Yes, you wrote a comment "resistors needed" however, why not deminstrate correct with logic gates?

@hurz, gate delay problems in the past have always frustrated me, that is one of the reasons that I've used transistors instead. I just put together a logic circuit, the delay problem is not apparent in this circuit; http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6043056156180480
