A modification to royal oscillator and I believe it is the best approach to almost all diy switching projects such as wireless power transfer as the one demonstrated here. The circuit, on my experience that will work will, must be 1. Self oscillating and free of arduino, although logic gates are fine. 2. Allow separate control with gate drive of main mosfets. 3. Easy to tinker and adjust for different coupling coefficients with the feedback coil.
