This is a very simple circuit having only one relay and a capacitor instead of having multiple capacitors or inductors or transistor like the Multivibrator circuits !
This circuit is an unique combination of Mechanical and Electrical methods.
Basic Working Procedure :
When the +12 voltage goes through the inductor of the relay it creates an electromagnetic field and attracts the moveable pin of the relay towards the Normally Open terminal to short the connection to complete the circuit.
In the mean time as the circuit through the capacitor is completed and the Inductor have stored some currents, the capacitor starts to charge. When the capacitor fully charged the flow of current through the inductor of the relay stops flowing and the relay goes in the Normally Closed condition.
Hence the procedure will do as so until the battery of the source voltage turns to zero.
