Well... I might make a guess. I wonder how LEDs operate in this manner, with a 1 volt - 2GHz drive. (No reflection on Wiz99.) I think it must be a quirk of the simulator. I've seen it used many times before, in E.C.

Also because 1 volt Peak to Peak, is really about .35 volts RMS. That also is not Wiz99's fault.
