I was always confused about official definition of simpliest bi-stable flop. Everywhere a 2-nand,nor gate model is present. But how bout and-or gates flop that i use in this switch here ?? In theory it has one elementary operation less than nand-nor equivalent (lack of product or sum inversion operation) ofcoz it has only single output and set and reset terminals are active high and low not both high or low as in nand, nor but esentially it is still RS flip-flop i think?? Is there's some digi smarthead whose can solve this dilema??

These flipflops are hard to follow gives me a nose bleed, not sure how we could do a truth table for something like this? The AND-OR flop similar to triac behaviour I think, both inputs need to be hi to switch on, AND input must go low to switch off. I'm posting a similar flipflop and I don't totally understand why it works, check it out :)
