Toggle on-off switch using fets and opamp. Counter with 7-seg added too for no other reason than to satisfy users with an optical fetish.

Press tactiles to switch green LED on/off - when the bulb lights up, the counter is incremented by +1. When counter == 16, the red LED on simple logic buffer/array lights and 'opens' a mosfet, via the counter's carry pin, which drains the 1mf capacitor to ground (just a quick bodge, due to the counter 'hanging' at 6/7 counts...the capacitor at 10uf rating caused this interesting quirk) Just a basic on/off switch really & simple to mod. I was making an adjustable PSU (incrementing/decrementing voltage with tactile buttons) and; as usual, on the way - this came out. A totally random project, but interesting non-the-less :) Hope this might be helpful in one of your projects. p.s. - I'm aware that there are simpler ways of achieving this - and that my approach is 'probably' (definitely) not the standard way...but; everything on this planet was created by 'mistake' .... non-conformity is the mother of invention ;)
