Control the lights counting direction and on/off manual button with the controls in the bottom right.
Decoding binary with a lot of AND and NOR gates. It could be prettier but it's my first circuit. Has a automatic reset switch with a forward and backwards counter.
I could expand this to count beyond 5 if it were not for space and time limitations.
