First undo the "foward" button(left switch), then turn it "on"(upper switch) blue LED "ON". Tap the switch like a button, it sets and resets.
Upper switch(horrizonal) -"ON"
Lower switch(horrizonal) -"OFF"
Left switch(vertical) -"FOWARD"
Right switch(vertical) -"REVERSE"
Blue LED-"ON"
