Reference Voltage for Truck Battery level.

Attempts to maintain a 12vdc reference signal. When the battery level drops to less than the reference voltage, (adjusted to 12vdc with the potentiometer, so triggers at 11.9vdc) the OP-AMP grounds a trigger wire from the truck's alarm/remote start system and starts the truck. The alarm timer runs the truck for 30 minutes, which is usually enough time to charge the battery up to 14.3vdc. The capacitor hopefully charges back up to 12 volts, but I've had trouble with that in the sim. So far it gets stuck at 11.8 and I have to pause, reset and restart the sim. System then waits until the battery drops below the 12v reference again. Any comments, would be appreciated. I'm a mechanic, not an electronics wiz, LOL!
