This is a designt of a 170V, 60Hz AC source which goes through a single transformer to drop the voltage, and the capacitor keeps the rectification at a small amount, so it turns the AC signal completely to DC.

You entered the rms value of 120. This program requires the peak value. 120*1.414=170volts peak. Put 170 volts as the voltage source.

I was going to say the same thing as rick. Also the 1.414 comes from the sqrt(2) if you were curious.
