A class-D amp. I have the differential amp on a higher voltage supply rail to make sure that the MOSFETs would turn on fully. I also have the MOSFETs reversed compared to most other class-D amps in everycircuit because that prevents both MOSFETs from being on at the same time thus shorting the output. The 12V supplies must be able to take as much current as it delivers, and store it in a capacitor for later use if the efficiency is to be maximized. Unfortunately, if I add a diode and capacitor to achieve the same purpose, it can't find a solution.
