Checking how much voltage at the DC solenoid, the manufacturer cable specification at 12.1 ohms per kilometer with DC solenoid of 24 volts at 0.9W (hence coil resistance at 650 ohms approximately)
The two 12.1 ohms indicate the wires cores resistance connected to solenoid.
