Right, its a first order delta sigma modulator, or sometimes its called noise shaper, cuz its shaping the unwanted noise to higher frequencies were it can be easily filtered out.

What would a 2nd or higher order delta sigma modulator look like?

2nd order would have two error integrators in series. So the first integrates linear and the second one quadratic.
