bad center tap transformer

dont work well, i think is because common ground?

If you move the ground to before ir after the transformers on the primary side it will work as intended. If im not mistaken center taps are normally on the secondary side of transformers. NOTE: I'm no expert by any means however, im taking classes on electronics and this is simply my observation/opinion.

In what way is it not working? If it's the low rectified voltage you're worried about that's only because the cap C and load R are too small to let it build to peak.
