Heres a high frequency wireless power transfer circuit.
This is the the second version. I removed the not gate and placed a proper mosfet driver using npn and pnp transistors.
In the simulation, the coil will conduct 10A at resonance.
There are some mistakes that need to be rectified.
And I'm still in learning phase..

You would have to experiment around in real life, especially with mosfet driving. Everycircuit has this problem of sometimes not reflecting the proper functioning of circuits, if you compare virtual circuits and real life circuits
