It's not working because Inductor and capacitor values are very small and the simulation time is so large !!!

Add a NC push button (needed to launch oscillation) right after you power supply an reduce simulation speed to ~ 2ns :)

Change the inductor to 100H and the two caps at the left to 100uF then you'll see oscillations
