It doesn’t really work when loaded, lol.
It’s basically just the high input example circuit in the 78xx datasheet, but the 7805 isn’t in everycircuit so i tried to emulate it as well as I could. I added the 1mF caps and the first diode to try to smooth the input. I’ve noticed that 78xx regulators go bananas when powered with some switched mode power supplies. The input is meant to simulate a shitty laptop charger.
