Very important: the voltage limits of the OP-amp are 1V and -1V The resistance is the motor voltage divided by the starting current. The capacitance is the EM time constant divided by the resistance. The current per volt of the voltage controlled current source is the starting current multiplied by the load percentage. The no-load speed has no effect on the simulation and changing it only produces a transient effect.
