The circuit consists of an inverting amplifier and RC phase shift network (RC ladder Network) which is lead network. Intially Some voltage is provided by voltage source and the voltage source is disconnected then circuit generates its own input signal which is oscillating. The amplifier introduce -180 deg and phase network introduces +180 deg .Therefore total phase shift around the loop is zero. The frequency of oscillation depends on the capacitor and resistance values in phase shift network. And is given by f= (2piRC sqrt (6))^-1; Output voltage=12V ; frequency=3KHz(2.73KHz).

An LC Oscillator is a better choice. And my LC Oscillator (in my inverter) works longer undampes then your oscillator when i incorporated yours in my inverter. By the way, good work (y)
