Wondering how you wire a “super capacitor” v2

There's a little bitty 3kF capacitor on Mouser for like $73. But how would I wire it up? like this?

That will over volt a super cap and short it, you need 2 in series as they can only take 2.5 volts, 2.7-2.8 max. With super capacitors you get fooled by the big rating. The values of the super cap are rated by capacitance reactance in a certain moment, not energy capacity. Even though there is a significant increase in energy density, its not directly proportional.

And yours most likely has a low amperage rating if it's really small
