Amp

First schematic ever. Attempting an amp but there are no tubes in the components list so I used a transistor instead. Also, I don't see a speaker to use as a load so I didn't add the output to the transformer I intended. I have no idea what I'm doing.

You are missing tubes, however tubes do need power to work, right? So it is with transistors, they need some power to work.

I've added some voltage into the transistor and simplified the circuit some, but my output does not match my input. How do I get it to smooth out and match the input signal?

Your input signal is far too high for this amp

What is the voltage of a non amplified electric guitar playing an open A string?

I would guess that depends on the type of pickups your guitar has. Do a little more digging into this. You may find that there are other amps that perform much better and are more easily suited to your needs.

Great! Thanks!!! I started this in an attempt to simulate the circuit for the Fender 5F1 (Champ). I'm beginning to think the Everycircuit app might not be able to really pull this off.

100mV for passive, up to 1 volt for active pick ups. Never get rid of this amp!
