This is a circuit where when you turn the switch on the one side the side becomes bigger than the other so the opamp outputs a signal according to if the inverting input is bigger or the non-inverting input is bigger.

You can also use a smaller voltage that the 2V power supply instead of the ground, you can also leave the smaller voltage floating but this isn't recommended in real life because it can pick up antenna signals and things like that
