Coil needs some better tuning but with a 9 volt battery yu can get some very high voltage. Make sure capacitors are rated 400 volt or higher keep capacitor capicatance as close to each other as possible and you want several capcitors which means 3 or more. The more the better and the stronger the spark

I checked out your taser but it doesnt seem very safe with the 1KV pulsing on the electrical source and it takes quite a bit to charge for 1KV. 1KV isnt a taser 10KV plus is a taser.
