The 1M ohm resistance is basically a cds photoresistor..when no laser on cds 1M ohm resistance..and when laser falls few kilo ohms resistance..the lamp is a buzzer..when no laser on cds buzzer goes off..when laser falls at cds no buzzer sound..i want to make it in a way that once cds laser connection disrupted buzzer gies off and keeps buzzing wehter laser falls on the cds again . Any suggestions please ? Thanks for reading :p

The mosfet stops conducting current from the bulb to ground as the gate voltage drops

Let's see here. Touch the wire going from the two resistors to the gate of the MOSFET. Then touch the eye icon. This inserts a probe from the oscilloscope, so you can see what's going on there. Now decrease the value of the 1M resistor. You'll see that the voltage begins to drop. The MOSFET is a voltage controlled device. The more voltage you apply to the gate, the more it allows from drain to source. To an extent, there congress a point when it can only pass so much current through it. So you could also think of it that the less voltage you apply, less current passes from drain to source. MOSFETs typically need somewhere from 2V to 5V to be turned on fully. Less than that, and they begin to turn off. So if you study your circuit, if you lower the resistance of the 1M resistor, the voltage at the gate of the MOSFET lowers, which starts to limit the amount of current from drain to source, which in turn limits the amount of current through the bulb, so it emits less light. If you want to learn more, lookup Ohm's Law, voltage divider, and how a MOSFET works.

You should add a potentiometer at 1M instead of a divider bridge so its easier to move around :D
