The light should be a horn. Unfortunately there are no sound devices on this app. Shouldn't be hard to add a basic speaker at least.

Email the complaints department, write your congressman, maybe punch a punching bag- many people have many ideas on this and that but there's nothing we here in the community can do for you, I'm sorry. Voice your opinion by all means, but perhaps you could find a more effective avenue because here, you're pissing in the wind my friend, and you're getting the rest of us wet and stinky..
