it does uncharge the accu with inpulses, but why, and where does the 5V come from?

@hurz, from the logic gate which operates at 5V. The circuit is simplified and doesn't show the presence of a power supply for the logic gates.

Oh thats not new, but anyway its not the accu voltage which is used.
