The lamp is where 65 volt neon bulb would go.  Added to run as simulation is relay switch with logic train pulses.  

In normal neon oscillator, connect one side of neon bulb directly to ground.

Adjust resistor or capacitor values to change oscillator frequencies.

You cant really use a relay like that (its ok here but not in the real world)
