A simple, non-differential OP-amp consisting of two constant current sources in a class-A like configuration powering a class-B amp.

Not sure how I missed this, or how it's not more popular. It's a fair contender for the title simplest decent op-amp on here.

Its not more popular because its not a multivibrator or a 555 circuit. This is why there was a discussion at the start of this year concerning more descriptions or categories than popular or recent!

I've never seen an output stage quite like that. Does anyone know where I can get details behind this methodology?
