Yes, but you made a beginner mistake and do subsampling, which means the simspeed is much to fast with 1s/s. Go better down to 10ms/s and it will behave like a oscillator. But with closed eyes you can toss ;-) anyway, it might not work in real, cuz the cap will be discharged by 555!
