Интересно, не видел такого-то. Обычно против дребезга это RC фильтр + тригер Шмитта + программное подавление(это если мк).

Это я разработал и в реале так же работает , мне как то с Ардуино понадобилось Анди дребезг так и не нашел подходящий и решил сам что то придумать по проще

Я бы диод поменял на резистор 1M и после резистора паралельно кнопки добавил бы кондёр на 0.1u. резистор 5к увеличил бы до 100к для лучшей крутизны спада.
