Why cant everycircuit simulate this correctly

Random overshoot on green probe, sometimes up to hundreds of volts.. I'm trying to make a sawtooth oscillator and no matter what method I use everycircuit encounters constant bugs and failures. It's even worse if I try and make it voltage controlled, I can barely get a single cycle out, why is this? Is there anything I can do to stabilise it?

Mybe your voltage divider is calculated on empty load. Transistors stage is a load that must be taken in account: impedance mach, i run into this every time i have multistage circuit

Why struggling with bipolar transistors just for a sawtooth signal while you can achieve it with a 555 . Unless its a challenge. Take a look at my Sawtooth signal generator( 7 years ago)
