idea: trying to turn on the light at a pseudo-random time.
what I think I achieved:
top left timer has a approx. 8 seconds on/off time. top right has a 4 seconds on/off time.
The light turns on, when both top timers output are high.
pushing the switch adds an offset to the top right timer, discharges to some point its capacitor, turns off the light and should let it appear as light is pseudo randomly switcheds on later.
last light just trying things out with common collector configuration
