It has 2 "NOT" gates, 2 capacitors and 2 resistors with 1 push button to make "toggle" off and on circuit. Goes to resistor to transistor to amplify to relay powered from 5 volts same voltage as logic gates. The relay switches from 120v(rms) 170v(ppv) ac up to high power device like a 100w light bulb.
