The input is an analog signal, this signal go througth a comparator voltage meter, this meter convert the analog signal by 7 levels. Whit the logic, this 7 leves converter to numbers, binary numbers , that display in 3 leds, or in the 7 seg display.

Just in case anyone reads... This circuit can be split in the middle: the left side generates a binary code representing the voltage, the right side is just for displaying that value. It's quite simple, tho i would imagine there are more precise and efficient methods of mesuring. But a nice circuit non the less :)
