For me, I start the sim and it immediately goes to CFS so I don’t get a chance to flip the switch. Anyone else getting this?

@Robert_kidd The circuit was saved with the switch closed. Just open the switch, start sim again and it will work.

Yes, I’d already done that. The circuit has now been updated with the switch open. Also the AC source has now been connected - it wasn’t linked in before. Now, if you leave it a while before operating the switch, it works as intended.

Is the opamp to simulate phase margin from gate / junction capacitences? I think I've seen you use that gadget before and I figured it was just an opamp with input impedances buffering ground for some reason. (It's clipping @ 15v btw).

The op amp helps with the voltage offset. It automatically adjusts the bias to accommodate always 0V at the output.
