High frequency oscillator, slow down the simulation to 1 ns to see the frequency.
 Though I DON'T know anything much related to it..if anyone knows kindly explain.

It's amazing, but i don't know whether it's a perfect simulation or not. Also presently, I don't have enough resources to verify it with a real IC.
