if you calculate the resonance with 10nF and 33nF and 3.3uH you get 1MHz, this simulated with 6us/s must fail. go down to 2us/s or even 1us/s and shake your device. Wait till the oscillator runs. For the rest of circuit i dont have a good idea. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5453880390057984
