1 n capacitor is charged by current source and periodically discharged to ground by pulse generator feeding an N Mosfet. The 0 to +5 Volt ramp is compared with the 0 to 5 Volt CV by an Opamp or comparator to provide the PWM output, the lowpass filter in the bottom right is just for testing purposes.
