Seven Segment Display using 21 LED's. A counter is also used with a Binary to Seven Segment Decoder which outputs to the LED's
The LED counts from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, a, b, c, d, e, f, 0. This is in Hexadecimal
By switching the left switch the display will count up.
By switching the right switch the display will count down.
