This circuit detects the very first input to turn on. The green LED parallel to each input illuminates if that input was turned on before the other input. The red LED in the middle illuminates if both inputs turne on at the exact same time. The top input resets the circuit.
This type of circuit can be used in game shows, elevators, etc.
